CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT RETIRED - A licensee who has attained at least thirty years of combined experience as a licensee, is at least fifty-five years of age, works no more than an average of twenty hours per week and does not offer attest or compilation services. The annual CPE requirement is half of the regular requirement.

CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT EMERITUS - A licensee who is retired and does not perform or offer to perform for compensation one or more kinds of services involving the use of accounting or auditing skills, including issuance of reports on financial statements or of one or more kinds of management advisory, financial advisory, or consulting services or the preparation of tax returns or the furnishing of advice on tax matters.

Firms with multiple locations will only register the headquarters. All other locations will be covered under the headquarters registration. Firms with a status of Consolidated fall into this category.
